The Smart Arm is an advanced ergonomic articulating arm and tool assist system designed for precision fastening and controlled assembly operations. Available in Series 2 and Series 3 configurations, it functions as a smart tool balancer and industrial manipulator arm with programmable fastening positions, sequences, and torque parameters.
Integrated I/O communication with tool controllers enables program selection, tool enable/disable, and OK/NOK feedback. Built to improve manufacturing ergonomics, accuracy, and productivity, the Smart Arm supports multiple fastening programs, part counting, and secure job control in high-precision industrial environments.
SMART CONTROL
